 1. Profile Twin Cake and Bakery

            In this study the authors conducted research on the company Twins Cake & Bakery engaged in the manufacture located Jl. Taman Alamanda Block C2 No. 56 Coral Satria North Tambun, Bekasi. The company is engaged in manufacturing whose main business is producing various types of cakes. 

            A history that started the establishment of Twins Cake & Bakery was started in 2010. The owner is Mr. Wiko, he is very fond of making cakes for family occasions but after you think about it you wiko initiative to want to open their own businesses using their services and get input from his wife Similarly to entrepreneurship, after thoughtful father wiko took the decision to open a cake at home, started from a small business finally wiko father also gave his cake shop business name Twin Cake & Bakery. Not because Cake & Bakery business owners have twins and took the initiative to call his business with Twins Cake & Bakery. At the beginning it started out just taking orders from neighbors and relatives of the father wiko but over time in order to expand its business growing wiko father took the initiative to open a branch in the shop near his home.

            Not only focusing on profit orientation alone, Twins Cake and Bakery also brought the concept of labor-intensive in order to absorb a lot of labor. Thus, people who do not work but have the skill and passion in the culinary field can work in accordance with their interests. 

           Great success certainly can not be achieved without the support of a loyal and reliable human resources. Therefore, Twins Cake and Bakery also strives concerned about the welfare and satisfaction of its workers. , Twins Cake and Bakery seeks to unite the workers to form a solid and modern community.
